If you hold a cash sale account with us, you have the option to make payments via credit or debit card over the phone or through BACS transfer. With our credit account, you will need to make payments according to the credit terms outlined in the agreement.

Delivery
A standard delivery fee is determined based on the location and the type of vehicle required for the service. Orders over £3000 will be free depending on location. There is also the option for collection.
We strive to deliver your order within 7 to 10 business days, although this timeframe may vary based on several factors.
All our deliveries are packaged according to their needs. Trees will be loose loaded onto the vehicle with pots palletised for easy offloading. Our bareroot stock will arrive on a pallet and in co-ex bags.
We collaborate with a range of local distribution companies that are expertly prepared to handle the specific challenges involved in transporting plant materials throughout the UK and the Channel Islands.
We can accommodate Fleet Operator Recognition Scheme (FORS) accredited vehicles, please let your account manager know if FORS is needed.
Not necessarily. Our hauliers are skilled drivers and can sometimes accommodate offloading by themselves. However, this is dependent on various factors, including volume of stock, type of stock on the delivery and whether the pallet truck can be used on the terrain. Delivery requirements can be discussed at the time of quotation or when ordering.
If you’re one of our trade customers and you’re looking to collect your order, use the navigation instructions on the link below.
