Perennial have got a brand-new app!
Crowders Nurseries are a proud Perennial Partner, which means we actively support the fantastic work carried out by Perennial. The charity have recently launched their new Health and Wellbeing app alongside their existing website, 24/7 helpline and free physiotherapy service.
Perennial have partnered with Spectrum Life, as part of their mission to support the futures of people in horticulture, to create the new app. Perennial state, ‘This service is free if you work or have worked with plants, trees, grass or flowers and is also available to partners /spouses and dependent children over 16 living at home.’ The app provides ‘hours of wellbeing videos, podcasts and more to improve your fitness, nutrition, mental wellbeing and sleep.’ Additionally, you can carry out ‘’Insights,’ a short health and wellbeing survey- tailoring the app to ensure the best, personal service.
The new Health and Wellbeing app is a great addition to the services on offer from Perennial, ensuring individuals within the horticulture industry are cared for in their time of need. We have been a Perennial Partner since 2016, supporting their work and mission to provide ‘free and confidential advice, support and financial assistance to people of all ages working in, or retired from horticulture.’
