Crowders Promotions

2022 has brought about great change within Crowders – from promotions to new employees. This is an exciting time for our team as we support individual development and nurture the skills of our current employees.

Firstly, Dr Hannah Watkins is being promoted to Technical Support Manager – a fantastic personal achievement. Hannah has been with Crowders since November 2019 when she joined as Sales Administrator; she was then swiftly promoted to Sales Estimator. Hannah has recently completed her Level 2 Certificate of the Principles of Horticulture in September 2021, an additional achievement for Hannah. This role poses a complete department shift for Hannah as she will be split across our three nursery sites, therefore her existing customers will be shared between our estimating team.

As Hannah embarks on this new internal chapter, we are filling her previous role with a new employee. Bradley Beamer will be joining our team of Account Managers in April 2022 as he begins his career within the sales department. Bradley will contribute to our team of highly skilled estimators with his additional sales skills. Bradley’s addition to our team has provided another opportunity for Crowders to benefit from external recruitment.

In addition, Lynsey Young is being promoted to Account & Contract Leads Assistant. Lynsey was employed in June 2021 as a Sales Administrator; this rapid promotion is a great achievement and illustrates the career development possible within Crowders. Lynsey will be progressing her skills set through the addition of research and 3 customer accounts. Furthermore, she will also be developing her understanding of the estimating process to support her further future growth within the company.

Lastly, Connor Plumtree is advancing from Sales Administrator to Account Manager. This is a great step for Connor, this promotion is testimony to his hard work over his first year with Crowders. Connor has proved his ability within the Crowders team, ensuring this promotion is well-deserved.

A huge congratulations to everyone mentioned in this post, the hard work and dedication shown by each team member at Crowders is admirable – this growth with only enhance the company’s development.
